from Mindelo, the capital with its world-famous music, restaurants,

Guide Prices
Whenever possible, we show total prices inclusive of all airport
taxes, local taxes and any additional charges. Prices are
in £ sterling, based on 2 sharing a room.
Prices are based on double occupancy, bed and breakfast. Seaview,
air conditioning, full, half board, 3 in a room, suites, 3 week

only available for 5 nights or more. All prices are subject

72 rooms and 6 villas. Each room has satellite TV, minibar, safe,
telephone, fan, hair dryer and private shower room. Many have sea
views and large balconies.

Comments
Being so near the airport (few flights) you can enjoy the best
of both worlds. Stay in the resort of the Foya Branca, and yet have
easy access to Mindelo, with its history, port, culture and nightlife.
The hotel is by the beach, and you can walk along the beach towards
the fishing village of Sao Pedro at the far end. The bedrooms are
quite large, and the bathrooms spacious, with terra cotta coloured
tiles out on the the balconies. The hotel organises riding, fishing
trips. The beach near the hotel is at times unsuitable for anyone other than a strong swimmer, due to waves and strong undercurrents.
