At most about 250 yards from a white sandy beach, this semi detached house smothered in bouganvillea is close to Black Point Apartments and under the same management. It suits those looking for a longer term holiday let, or up to 4 people for a weekly rental. 15 minutes transfer from international aiport.

Prices include gas, water, end cleaning, for weekly and monthly rentals. For weekly and monthly rentals the sheets and towels are changed weekly.

General

The house comprises the ground and first floor, with a large covered area to the side with a huge bougainvillea which flowers so much that its blooms need to be swept up. 2 twin bedded bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. Large balcony around the house on the first floor, giving plenty of outdoor space. One bedroom is south facing and you can glimpse the sea from the balcony.

Sitting room/dining

Table for three, sitting room chairs and low table and bookcase. Television, two windows, one facing south, the other east.

Separate kitchen

Gas hob with four rings, fridge. Equipped with cutlery, toaster, dustpan and brush. Small table for eating, with door to a store room.

Sleeps up to 4 in 2 bedrooms

Bedroom 1, on first floor with two twin beds, bedside tables, balcony around the bedroom, large cupboard and door to bathroom with bath, WC, basin and window. Bedroom 2 with two twin beds, two windoes, and near to showerroom with shower, WC basin, Large build in cupboard. This is a more conventional design with the two bedrooms entirely separate, with doors that close.

General

Sheets and towels are provided, depending on the number of people staying. There is a maid service once a week when the sheets and towels are changed, and the apartment cleaned at the end (apart from the kitchen area which must be left perfect by you for the next guests). If you would like the linen to be changed more often, there is a supplement payable locally. Bring your own beach towels. There is a returnable deposit of 150 euros to pay upon arrival. Let us know when you book whether you want the beds to be made up as doubles or twins.

Things to do in Sal

Windsurfing. The beach where Josh Angullo (wave windsurfing champion) operates from is within 500 yards of these apartments. In Santa Maria you can go kite surfing, sailing, game fishing, surfing, diving within 10 minutes. Visit the Old Salt mines at Pedra de Lume. Take a 4x4 out for a day and discover even more remote beaches. Flag down an aluguier (minibus) and go to Espargos, Murdeira or Palmeira - get a taste of the local charm and music.
